Meat and beer. Simple and delicious.
Start with:
1 growler of Dorothy’s Lager
1 bag of (sliced) onions
bbq sauce
baby back ribs
Place ribs on a bed of sliced onions. Cover with Dorothy’s, salt & pepper. Bake at 300F for 3 hours, or until tender. Cover with bbq sauce, grill for 5 min per side. Pair with a glass of pseudoSue. Cheers!
